Hi, i’m butterfingers….the apron behind butterfingered!

 This is a food blog where i hope to demonstrate with my future posts , stories and recipies chroniciling dishes that i serve up and the labour behind them. While baking, the butter doesnt always stay in the bowl….it does end up outside it , like on windows, the oven but most often….in my mouth! Hence, the name…BUTTERFINGERED!
